Welcome to jennyszita.com. The terms we, us and our refer to Jenny Szita Collection LLC. We operate this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, to provide you with a curated shopping experience. The Services are powered by Shopify.
These Terms of Service, together with all referenced policies, describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By using the Services, you confirm that you are of legal age in your place of residence. You agree that all information you provide is current, complete and accurate. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS
We aim to display our products accurately. Colors and details may vary based on your device and settings. Minor variations in color, texture or finish may occur due to the printing process.
All artwork, designs and creative content available on the Services are owned by Jenny Szita Collection LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, scanning, digitizing, distribution or resale of our artwork is strictly prohibited.
Printing, production and fulfillment are handled by an authorized third-party vendor that produces and ships your order on our behalf in accordance with our quality standards. Our production partner controls their own manufacturing timelines and processes.
Product descriptions and availability may change without notice.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order at our discretion. Confirmation occurs once payment is processed and we issue acceptance.
Orders may not be cancellable once accepted.
Because all prints are produced to order, returns can only be accepted in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You represent that purchases are for personal use only and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices may change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of your order. Prices exclude taxes, shipping and other charges unless stated.
You agree to provide accurate and current billing information and confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Products are printed, packaged and shipped by our authorized production partner.
Production requires several business days before shipment because each print is made to order.
Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance, customs processing, location or external events.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.
Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on the Services, including artwork, images, text, graphics and designs, is owned by Jenny Szita Collection LLC or its licensors.
You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only.
No content may be reproduced, downloaded, distributed, displayed or used for derivative works without our written permission.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may offer access to tools from third parties. These are provided as is and at your own risk.
SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or practices. Access is at your own risk.
SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
The Services are powered by Shopify. All purchases are made directly with Jenny Szita Collection LLC. Shopify is not responsible for your transactions. You release Shopify from claims arising from your purchases.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
Personal information collected through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you agree that your information may be processed by us, Shopify and approved third parties.
SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK
If you submit ideas, reviews or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use them for any purpose. You represent that you have the rights to what you submit and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

SECTION 14 – ORDER ISSUES AND NOTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
If you experience an issue with your order, you must notify us within the timeframe stated in our Refund Policy. Claims made outside the stated period may not qualify for review or resolution.

We may terminate access to the Services at any time. You remain responsible for all amounts due up to the termination date. Certain sections of these Terms continue to apply after termination.

Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order.

SECTION 19 – SEVERABILITY
